In 1892 Abraham Jaffe set up shop on Maiden Lane in downtown New York City and created a brand we have come to revere as A.JAFFE. He later, was a pioneer in moving his business to West 47th Street, the area that eventually became the epicenter for the international jewelry world. An A.JAFFE ring is built with exceptional beauty and comfort in mind. It all begins with our master jewelers. Each one having at least ten years of experience and is the recipient of knowledge and skill that has been passed down for generations. Our signature design includes a subtle squaring of the shank to minimize twisting while the patented quilted interior provides comfort, and allows your skin to breathe.

It takes up to 80 hours to create a single A.JAFFE ring. You can wear it with the same confidence that was put into its creation. An A.JAFFE ring is greater than the sum of its parts, but its parts are beyond exceptional. Only a small percentage of diamonds possess the level of quality required to be used in one of our creations, and it takes an experienced jeweler to recognize an eligible contender. Our gold is 100% nickel free and our 18 karat gold is alloyed with 40% more palladium than that of other jewelers, ensuring that our rings stay bright white for years to come. And because our rings are hypo-allergenic, their fire might startle your eye but they will never irritate your finger.

Today A.JAFFE is appreciated by celebrities and social influencers from the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Kristin Cavallari, Lauren Parsekian, Nina Garcia, Dascha Polanco, Aretha Franklin and Ali Larter to name a few. The brand is one of the only 19th century jewelers still active in New York City committed to upholding old world standards and the tradition of craftsmanship. It remains today, an exclusive bridal brand, distributed only by America’s finest jewelry retailers.

Additional A. Jaffe styles are available to preview at our showroom in the Clark Building, located in the heart of the historic cultural district of downtown Pittsburgh.
